1. VALIDITY

The terms of delivery apply to all concluded sales deals and contracts and related deliveries and subsequent deliveries.
Deviations from these conditions of sale and delivery are valid only if they are confirmed in writing by the buyer and the seller.

2. OFFERS

Offers are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. Their validity is indicated on the offer.
The offer includes the name of the product, quantities, prices, terms of payment and other conditions.

3. PRICE AND CALCULATION

The prices in the offers imply the FCA warehouse Valpovo loaded on a truck or car.
The dimensions and quantities of the delivered delivery based on the confirmed delivery note are valid for calculation.

4. PRODUCTS

Decorative stone is a natural material made by pouring concrete in rubber molds, and deviations in color and dimensions in different series are expected.
We cannot guarantee the customer an identical shade if the stone or brick is taken from several batches, so for this very reason we recommend that the customer order samples of a smaller quantity from the current production batch to be sure that he will get what he is looking for.
If the customer orders bricks based on catalogs, the Internet or exhibition panels, we cannot guarantee the same shade and we do not accept complaints in the event of a difference in color because it is a natural material.

5. SETTING UP

If the customer installs the bricks himself, Crostone suggests that the installation be done according to the manufacturer’s regulations and instructions or that he look for an expert who specializes in stone or brick installation.
Read more about the installation method on our website: INSTALLATION or seek advice from Crostone employees.

6. DELIVERY TIME

The world of bricks will adhere to the specified delivery dates according to the purpose and possibilities.

7. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

If Crostone delivers the goods to the customer at the warehouse or construction site, the transport price will be shown as a separate item.
The Crostone can correct transport prices during the year in accordance with changes in the market.

8. PALLETS

Crostone products are delivered on pallets measuring 80/120 cm or 100/120 for wall elements.
We calculate pallets for wall coverings as part of the transport price.

9. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The terms of payment are agreed upon in the Partnership Agreement with defined means of securing payment.
If no collaboration agreement has been concluded with the customer, payment is made on the basis of a preliminary invoice (offer).
For late payments, statutory late payment interest will be charged.
If the customer abandons the purchase of the ordered goods, he does not have the right to return the paid advance, nor does he have the right to use the paid advance as a down payment and/or price for another product.

10. RIGHT TO RETAIN OWNERSHIP

Until the payment is made in full, the delivered goods remain the property of Crostone.
If Crostone takes the goods back due to the buyer’s non-payment, based on the right to retain ownership, the buyer bears the transport costs in case of return or further sale of the goods.

11. RETURN OF GOODS AND RELATED COSTS

If there is a delivery of an excessive quantity of goods in relation to the customer’s order, they will be accepted back only after Crostone has been informed of this in writing, and if the goods are undamaged and originally packed on pallets ready for shipment.
Goods returned from the customer, which are not properly packed on pallets, will not be accepted.
In any case, when returning the goods, the customer must have a confirmation of receipt of the same (delivery note), which shows the products and their quantities.

12. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

The Crostone guarantees the usual quality and quantity of products within the framework of legal provisions.
For all possible complaints regarding the quality and quantity of the product, the buyer is obliged to submit a commission report on the observed defects within 7 days of receiving/delivery of the product.
In the event of a complaint, the customer will separate the advertised goods and invite the Crostone to jointly determine the actual condition.
Claiming a part of the goods does not give the partner the right to extend payment for the unclaimed part of the goods.
The advertised goods may not be put up for sale by the partner until Crostone issues a possible approval for their sale.
We do not accept complaints about stone or bricks that have already been partially or completely installed.

13. COPYRIGHT

The seller reserves the right to use the product in question as a reference in all future projects.
